skin care systems. For example you can use
Ginseng Skin Care products( refreshing and invigorating effect ) in the morning and our Rose Skin Care line (more calming and harmonizing) in the evening.
Martina Gebhardt suggests to apply just a small amount of your
natural moisturizer. A tiny amount goes a long way. An excess of moisturizers can actually inhibit the skin’s natural functions. For normal, young skin, it is sufficient to use only a
facial cleanser at night. Our facial cleansers contain pure, high-grade plant oils and leave after cleansing enough oil on your skin, to protect it overnight. This way, perspiration and impurities reach the skin surface without obstruction. If your skin is extremely dry and requires a somewhat richer treatment, a small amount of the lighter moisturizers provide excellent moisture protection. Our
facial toners are an important part of the daily skin care program. Martina Gebhardt's true natural facial toners make wonderful skin tonics; they are infused with Spagyric Essences, are very refreshing, and offer important water-soluble nutrients that are not available in creams or lotions . Therefore, we recommend to apply our facial toners regularly for complete nourishment.
Consider your skin condition, local air quality, and the seasons when selecting your moisturizer. As a general guide line, we recommend the lighter moisturizers for younger people. Our richer moisturizing creams are better suited for individuals with mature and aging skin. The use of a lighter moisturizer is also recommended during summer in locations with balanced humidity levels. During winter in cold, dry locations we suggest using moisturizing creams. Our facial lotions are also perfectly suited as a makeup base. Alternatively, our moisturizing creams can be applied as a facial masque to feed the skin with more concentrated nutrients. You can adjust the moisture content to suit your individual needs. To obtain the perfect amount of moisture for your skin type, you can thin the cream by mixing in a little of the corresponding facial lotion before applying.
Our natural moisturizers, facial masques, and facial skin serums can be combined with any of our other products. It is recommended to switch skin care products periodically to ensure that your skin receives a broad range of nutrients.

Basic Skin Care ABC
- Apply a small amount of your favorite cleansing lotion on moist skin.
- Thoroughly massage the cleansing milk into the skin and rinse it off with lukewarm water.
- After rinsing, pat on a facial tonic to stimulate and refresh your skin.
- After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount of lotion or cream onto slightly dampened skin. Massage gently using circular motions. Combine or alternate with lotion or cream for your individual needs and complete nourishment
