Although we make every effort to pack our products carefully, damage does occur occasionally. Please check each package upon arrival. If you discover damage, please call or email our office within 2 business days (208-267-9819). We will notify the shipper to place a claim, and you will be contacted about pick up. Please keep the original packaging intact for the delivery person to inspect and document the damage.
Our products are very gentle for sensitive skin and reactions are extremely rare, but it is possible to be allergic to even natural substances. If you have known allergies or highly sensitive skin, please check the ingredients carefully. It is always a good idea to patch test any new product by applying a small amount to the inside of your forearm. Any reaction will usually appear within 24 hours. If you should have a reaction, please contact us. We will be happy to issue a refund or exchange the product for different one. |
